This information is for men who have not started to go bald or lose their hair, those who don’t want to, and those who have begun to thin or notice a bit of receding.

There are some proven, natural steps that you can take to keep your hair and prevent it from falling out. There are also methods to grow your hair again.

What to focus on

  1. Using quality shampoos and conditioners. Low-quality, cheap shampoos and conditioners can destroy your hair because they destroy the protein. Make sure you look for shampoos and conditioners that do not have sulfates and are paraffin-free. These destroy protein in your hair and increase scalp inflammation, speeding up hair loss.
  2. Scalp massaging. Use a scalp massager or shampoo brush with rubber bristles in the shower every time you shampoo. This action will bring blood to the surface, which carries nutrients to make your hair healthier. It will also limit the amount that falls out and remove dead cells and buildup from your scalp.
  3. Supplementing. I’ve taken a hair multivitamin such as Nutrafol for a long time. It contains nutrients that stimulate hair growth and prevent hair from falling out. It’s completely natural. The downside is that it’s expensive.
